Is My Donation Tax Deductible?

Yes. WTCI (The Greater Chattanooga Television Corp.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your donation is tax-deductible. PBS Passport is a donor benefit and not available for purchase, so there is no fair market value.

How Can I Cancel My Membership?

Contact the Manager of Donor services by calling (423) 702-7817 or emailing membership@wtcitv.org. Let them know that you'd like to cancel your membership, and include your name and the email address that you use for Passport.

I Donate Monthly. How Can I Update My Credit Card or Bank Information for My Monthly Sustaining Gift?

By mail: Print this form and mail it to our station at 7540 Bonnyshire Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37416.

By phone: Call us at (423) 702-7817. Phone hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Feel free to leave a message requesting a call back, but please do not leave any financial information in a voicemail.

When Will I Receive My Thank-You Gift From A Pledge Campaign?

If you called in or made an online contribution during an On-Air Pledge campaign and requested a thank-you gift, you should receive it within 4-6 weeks from the time of your pledge. If your pledge is a monthly one, your gift will be mailed after your fourth month of payments. We will reach out to you by email or mail if there are exceptions or expected delays. 

I Paid My Renewal But Received Another Renewal Notice. What Should I Do?

Our apologies! It is not unusual for a payment and a new notice to cross in the mail. If we received your donation, your account has been or will be renewed and you should not receive any additional notices. It's not necessary to contact us, but if you feel more comfortable speaking to us then feel free to call us at (423) 702-7817 or email membership@wtcitv.org.
