Splash and Bubbles "Pole to Pole" Movie Screening

Looking for something fun and meaningful to do with the family? Join us at the Tennessee Aquarium and IMAX Theater for a fun day together that will leave everyone appreciating even more how interconnected our world really is. In this one-hour PBS movie preview, kids will learn about marine life while also discovering the great ripple effect their small gestures can have on a much larger community. See the movie and then find your favorite fish at the Tennessee Aquarium. Your kids will fall in love with the characters in this movie and can continue to learn from Splash and Bubbles shown daily on WTCI. This event is free for Aquarium members and WTCI Kid's Club members.
Join us in the IMAX lobby beggining at 9:30 a.m. for special activities, animal encounters, mascots, and more programs in the Aquarium. Non-member registrants receive a free ticket to the movie + Aquarium.
• 10:30 a.m. — Families can meet live sea creatures in the IMAX Great Hall.
• 10 a.m. – Enjoy a special screening of PBS Kids’ “Splash and Bubbles” at IMAX. This animated film takes kids on an underwater adventure led by Splash, Bubbles and their best friends Dunk, Ripple and others. With lots of play, comedy and music, these Reef town Rangers go on epic adventures to discover marine biology and oceanography.
After the screening, guests can tour the Aquarium to enjoy the following programs with their admission.
• 1:30 p.m. – “Fit to Survive” in River Journey
• 2 p.m. – “Octopus Enrichment in Ocean Journey
• 3 p.m. – “Critter Closeup” in River Journey
• 4 p.m. – “The Tooth About Sharks” in Ocean Journey
