Greg Glover is a native of Gallatin, Tennessee. He grew up in central Virginia where he got his start in radio. While in college at the University of Tennessee he hosted the popular program "Love Songs at Night" which carried him from Knoxville to Charlotte, North Carolina. While in the Queen City, Greg made the switch to news. He appeared weekday mornings at WLYT-FM and weekends at WCNC-TV.


Greg joined the Eyewitness News Team in September of 2003. Since then Greg has anchored news, sports, and even served a stint in the Storm Alert Center as weatherman. He has reported on many important stories across the Tennessee Valley. When Volkswagen announced they were coming to Enterprise South, Greg provided live reports from the press conference, interviewing company and political leaders about the big announcement. In October, he followed up by filing daily reports from the Wolfsburg, Germany--the home of VW.


He has covered two Presidential visits, two Vice Presidential visits and has reported live from the Presidential Debate at Nashville's Belmont University. In 2007, Greg followed the Ooltewah High School Marching Band to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York.


Beyond the politics and away from the camera, Greg has been a long time actor, making time to practice his craft on stage earning him a Miss Annie award from the Chattanooga Theatre Centre. He also sings with the big band Sweet Georgia Sound. Once the University of Tennessee's Drum Major in college, Greg is proud to serve as the marching band's announcer, and is the voice of the Smoky Mountain Music Festival each year in Gatlinburg.


An established journalist, Greg is a reporter and co-anchors WRCB’s, Live at 5:30 and Channel 3 Eyewitness News at 11:00.
