Dinosaur Train Discovery Tour

All aboard for a weekend of Dino-Fun!

WTCI-PBS is partnering with the Tennessee Aquarium to bring the Dinosaur Train Discovery Tour to Chattanooga January 19th - 21st, 2013.  This wildly popular PBS KIDS program airs on WTCI-PBS weekdays at 9:30 am and at 1:30 PM.  The program embraces and celebrates the fascination that children have with both dinosaurs and trains while encouraging basic scientific thinking skills. 

Each episode is a mix of animated dinosaurs and live action segments with a paleontologist.  The Dinosaur Train Discovery Tour coming to the Aquarium will encourage kids to learn more about creatures such as penguins, horsehoe crabs, sharks and more!

Buddy, the adorable T-Rex star, will be on hand to meet fans throughout the day on Saturday, January 19th for Teacher Appreciation Day!  He will also appear for fan photos between 11 AM and 2 PM on Sunday, January 20th and Monday, January 21st.  Kids will also have an opportunity to pose for pics behind a Dinosaur Train cut-out.  Visit the Tennessee Aquarium for ticket and scheduling information for this fun weekend!
