WTCI Celebrates 30th Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year

WTCI, Chattanooga’s community PBS station, is pleased to be a platinum sponsor of the 30th annual CAMOY event and this year’s honoree, Nick Decosimo.  Mr. Decosimo is the Office Managing Shareholder at Elliott Davis Decosimo, and has been named the 2015 Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year. WTCI will join area businesses to celebrate  this honor during a luncheon June 3.

Member organizations of CAMOY (Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year) award this annual honor, now in its 30th year, to recognize an executive manager who has made significant contributions to the Chattanooga area.  According to Dan Saieed and Carolyn Stringer, co-chairs of the 2015 CAMOY event, Decosimo’s commitment to both his company and the community led to his CAMOY designation.

WTCI serves a 35 county region with over 400,000 households through quality, trusted programming, local content and community engagement events and outreach.  As an active community partner WTCI sponsors events and programs that support the mission of education and engagement and works to inspire learning and exploration.

VP of Development Richard Johnson says, “We are very excited to partner with CAMOY on their 30th Anniversary this year as they celebrate Nick and his tremendous contributions to the community.  It is truly a privilege to work with many of the past recipients and current CAMOY board members as we continue our mission to serve and support Chattanooga-area businesses and families.”

The 2015 CAMOY Luncheon celebrates Decosimo’s achievements June 3 at 11:30 a.m. at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Individual tickets are $45; tables for eight are $450. Contact Valerie Gifford to reserve a spot at 423.634.3563 or valerie.gifford@tvfcu.com.
