ARLO GUTHRIE TO PERFORM AT SEPTEMBER 24TH EVENT HONORING FLETCHER BRIGHT FEATURING REMARKS FROM SENATOR BOB CORKER
Arlo Guthrie, the Dismembered Tennesseans and Priscilla and Little Rickee will be the featured performers at “Remembering the Past, Celebrating the Future,” an upscale event honoring Fletcher Bright and benefiting WTCI on Saturday, September 24."We are grateful that Senator Bob Corker is joining us for this event to honor Fletcher Bright. He has helped change Chattanooga's landscape and we are proud that he will address our guests," said hosts Byron and Ken DeFoor.
The evening of fine dining and fabulous entertainment is being hosted by the DeFoor Brothers and will introduce Chattanooga to the newly-revitalized intersection of Chestnut Street and 8th Street. The evening will showcase the upcoming dining and retail establishments and will feature the redesigned and repurposed Pioneer Building alleyway.
Guests will enjoy a seated fine dining experience along with a Steak and Raw Bar provided by Shula’s Steakhouse, a highly-acclaimed restaurant that will be a part on the new venue. Additionally, guests will enjoy featured and surprise entertainment plus door prizes and raffles.VIP ticket holders will have a 1:125 chance to win prizes, including a 2016 convertible Porsche 911, Rolex watches, MacBooks, a signed 1972 Miami Dolphins helmet and more courtesy of event hosts, the DeFoor Brothers, and sponsors Porsche of Chattanooga and Rone Regency Jewelers.
Todd Womack will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the evening and featured guest Mr. Fletcher Bright will be honored. Other speakers will include guests Senator Bob Corker, Mayor Andy Berke, Cherie Martinez, David Shula and more. "Senator Corker was at the forefront of Chattanooga's revitalization as a successful developer and a committed Mayor. We are thrilled that he will be helping celebrate this key addition to the newly redesigned City Centre as we honor Fletcher Bright, one of the most prominent real estate development professionals in the Southeast," said hosts Byron and Ken DeFoor. Attendees will enjoy live performances by Priscilla and Little Rickee, The Dismembered Tennesseans, and featured artist Arlo Guthrie.
